Are you ready to take the trip of a lifetime?
DAY TO DAY:
- Beautiful, fresh, and nutritious vegetarian daily meals. Meals are created by a local chef and ingredients are sourced from local and organic farms. (The chef team is happy to accommodate any dietary needs)
- Daily movement including yoga, mobility sessions, ocean front movement and of course, KFW style workouts.
- Meditations and Guided Journalling
- Opportunities for deep community connection with a group of up to 22 like minded women.
INCLUDED EXCURSIONS & WORKSHOPS:
- An excursion to visit one of the most popular waterfalls in all of Costa Rica, Nauyaca Waterfalls, is included. (includes transportation + the entrance fee)
- An excursion to visit Manual Antonio National Park is included. (includes transportation + the park entrance fee)
- Your Choice- A massage OR a surf lesson, is included
- A Cacao Workshop to learn about local culture

AMENITIES:
- Accommodations at a tropical eco lodge, 3.5 hours south of San Jose Airport, on Costa Rica’s Southern Pacific Coast. Rooms are cozy and eco friendly, built from recycled shipping containers structured in beautiful harmony with the abundant greenery of Costa Rica.
- Amenities such as a beautiful pool, tanning decks, AC in every room, high speed WIFI and access to free filtered water
- Scheduled group airport transfers, to and from the retreat centre.
