Danyasa Eco-Retreat is looking for a proactive, organized, and guest-focused team member to join us in a dynamic, hands-on role.

We are looking for someone who is not only great with guests, but also comfortable recommending and selling products, experiences, and services.

This position is not a traditional front desk job.  It combines hospitality, operations, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest check-in, communication, and front-of-house support
• Reception administration and daily coordination
• Sales of tours, experiences, and boutique items
• Support for retreats and on-site events
• Social media content (Instagram Stories) and guest messaging
• Assistance with meal service during retreats

Requirements:
• Fluent English (required)
• Strong Spanish (required)
• Experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer service
• Comfortable recommending and selling services
• Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented
