Located in Dominical, Costa Rica, our movement arts and yoga retreat oasis lies just two minutes from the beach and the warm Pacific Ocean, at the base of rain-forested mountains where the Baru River meets the sea. Waterfalls rush down the mountain valleys behind, iguanas bask in the sun and scarlet macaws squawk and squabble in the tree tops. Waves crash on the shore and the river winds past our back door. As home to the gorgeous Bamboo Yoga Play studio, we offer a variety of movement classes and workshops, yoga retreats, hooping retreats, dance retreats and teacher trainings. We also offer eco-accommodations, adventure tours, healing mentoring and bodywork and rest and relaxation amidst the majestic natural beauty of Costa Rica.
