Fernando Bolaños

Fernando Bolaños, yoga and meditation teacher. He studied with various teachers in Spain, France and India.

He began teaching in 2008. He traveled through Europe and California between 2009 and 2011 teaching Kundalini Yoga classes.

In 2011 he relocated to Costa Rica where he has continued to give regular classes and workshops for the last ten years.

In his classes he seeks to open through physical perceptions the portal to what we really are, the eternally present creative vastness.
